Isabela provides strategic support and advice to the firm’s portfolio companies with an operational focus on digital transformation, data analytics, and cloud implementation services. She works closely with Hudson Hill Capital’s executive teams.
Isabela started her career in public markets at JPMorgan in New York, where she spent over five years investing in cross-asset portfolios and working in Sales & Trading within the Investment Bank. She quickly transitioned to Orion Services Group, the leading commercial services platform of Alpine Investors, where she played a key role in developing their M&A strategy.
Having always been passionate about company building, Isabela helped to build strategy under the CEO of JumpCloud, a leading provider of cybersecurity software most recently valued at $2.6B. She also co-founded Bolder, a social media platform for older women, alongside Joanna Coles.
Isabela received a BA in Political Science and Economics, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Finance and Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where she graduated as a Joseph Wharton Fellow.
