Prior to joining Hudson Hill, Chris was CEO of BillingTree, as the turnaround catalyst for PE-backed investment, she lead the successful sale to Repay (RPAY).  

Chris utilizes her well-rounded payments experience, which spans over three decades, covering a myriad of positions in the sector — working for such leading companies as MasterCard International, National Processing Company, Bank of America, and Vantiv. Chris was President of Moneris’ (a joint venture of RBC and BMO-Harris Bank) U.S. Division where she grew the business for an exit to Worldpay/FIS. 

As an extremely active contributor in the payments world, Chris also served over a decade on the Board for Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), including a term as President. Additionally, Chris has dedicated many years of service to PayTech Woman, formerly W.Net, having served on that Board for over fifteen years. 

A Midwest native, Chris holds a B.A. in Communication from (her hometown) St. Louis University. She has won numerous awards and been honored often in her illustrious career, including Most Influential Woman in Payments award.
